Active hearing protectors designed on the proven ComTac III platform. Outfitted with dual microphones (one per ear), they detect environmental sounds and enhance them. The headset automatically reduces any noise dangerous to hearing, lowering it to a safe level.

Fitted with a comfortable headband, the model offers a low-profile design enhanced by silicone covers on the earmuffs for lasting comfort during extended use. A microphone mounted on a flexible cable can be positioned on either the right or left side. The earmuffs are powered by two AAA batteries. For a complete setup, pairing with a PTT module and a radio is required.

Harmful noise is attenuated to a safe threshold, and once the noise stops, the headset automatically reverts to its standard settings. The headphones offer a customisable volume control, and by adjusting both the radio volume and the headphone volume, users can fine-tune the sound balance. This functionality enables you to clearly hear radio messages while remaining aware of your environment, thus maintaining full situational awareness.
