Designed for barbell and gymnastic training routines, the Thorn+Fit elastic wrist wrap from Poland delivers optimal wrist alignment during barbell pressing exercises and reduces the potential for injury when handling heavier loads.

Constructed from a blend of robust and resilient materials, the wrap maintains warmth around the wrist while effectively drawing away moisture produced during high-intensity workouts. Quick and simple adjustment is possible—simply tighten or loosen for a custom fit, then secure using the Velcro fastener. The addition of a silicone grip and elastic loop streamlines fast application and removal of the wrap.

12-inch wraps are ideally suited for functional training and WODs where both speed and wrist stabilization are essential.
