Crafted from tough, resilient polymer fibers, the rope resists fraying and prevents sweat absorption, unlike ropes with natural fiber construction. Rope-based training activates the majority of upper body muscle groups, particularly targeting the arms, back, and core.
A heat-shrink finish at one end stops the rope from unraveling. The opposite end incorporates a clamp for secure attachment to a compatible mount.
