A good kettlebell for universal strength training. With it, you can practically work out your whole body. The kettlebell itself is fine, but one star less for the price, which is above the market price.

The kettle has a very nice rubber coating on the handle, which prevents it from slipping out of your hands. Additionally, the nice red color, which is visible from afar, reminds us that there was no workout today.
