I bought the belt a few days ago. The belt is solid, the Velcro holds well. It's wide, good for household tasks that require heavy lifting. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase and the fast delivery.
Constructed from durable and robust Rip-Stop material, this lightweight bodybuilding belt serves as an outstanding alternative to conventional, heavier leather belts. Engineered to deliver strong and consistent lumbar support, the belt is highly effective during barbell workouts, WODs, squats, snatches, cleans, and deadlifts.
A well-contoured design makes the belt extremely simple to use, ensuring comfort without hindering deep squat movements. The long, wide Velcro closure with an integrated buckle and movable sleeve secures a precise fit tailored to the user's body shape and allows for quick loosening when performing strength exercises that require extended range of motion.
A dedicated Velcro panel permits easy attachment of Morale Patch-style insignias or name patches, greatly enhancing personalization options.
Belt height (lumbar section): 12 cm
Belt height at fastening: 9 cm

I probably wouldn't have the courage to use it for powerlifting, as it's missing another, "internal" place to attach and a Velcro strip. For gardening, construction, or occasional use at the gym, it's certainly sufficient. The stitching looks good, and the material quality is adequate for the price. Due to its design, I would call it a safety belt rather than a bodybuilding belt (thinking here of serious weight lifting).
