TigerWood Dragonfly V2 Long Pocket Green Ultralight Hammock - with mosquito net

Ultralight trekking hammock from TigerWood, measuring 350 x 150 cm. The Long variant stands out with a greater length compared to the standard V2 and ensures optimal relaxation for users up to 190 cm tall. An integrated mosquito net delivers effective defense against all insects. A zipper spanning the entire edge grants unrestricted access to the hammock’s interior, allowing the mosquito net to be opened from any chosen spot.

Rip-Stop weave fabric

Constructed from orthalion fabric utilizing a Rip-Stop weave, the hammock offers significantly enhanced durability, minimal weight, and excellent resistance to moisture. Outfitted with an integrated mosquito net featuring a fine mesh of less than 1 mm, the hammock delivers superior protection from insects while ensuring a restful experience.

A zipper encircles the entire hammock, enabling access to the mosquito net from any location. The net can be conveniently stowed in a designated pocket whenever required.

Practical design

The construction is designed to accommodate a carrimat, greatly enhancing the user's thermal comfort. A convenient pocket situated at the center of the hammock serves as an ideal spot for keeping essential items like a flashlight, wallet, or phone within easy reach. Once packed, its compact size and weight of only 785 g make it exceptionally portable. Packed down, the hammock occupies less space than a 1.5-liter water bottle. Engineered to support a maximum load of 275 kg, it ensures outstanding comfort and durability.

Simple mounting system, chord included in the set

For setup, two robust mounting ropes are included, allowing you to suspend the hammock in a variety of configurations. Quick and straightforward assembly makes it easy to adjust the ropes to your preferred length. A practical pocket positioned centrally on the hammock serves as a convenient spot for keeping essential items such as a flashlight, wallet, or phone within reach.

The package features a cord with an adjustment range from 2.90 to 3.40 meters.

    Nothing to add, nothing to take away. The hammock is first class, especially in the long version. Lying diagonally we lie flat, so it's comfortable, and once you set up a good suspension system, it's much quicker to set up than a tent. Additionally, the option to detach the entire mosquito net and store it away for regular relaxation is GREAT! You can enjoy the views, and at night you just put up the mosquito net and it's perfect. I recommend it!

    Another hammock from TigerWood, but this time I chose a bigger model. Until now, I used the Ważka V1 hammock - 3 m and it was comfortable to sleep in (I'm 175 cm tall), but after switching to the 3.5 m size, specifically the TigerWood Ważka V2 Long Pocket Khaki model, I immediately noticed the difference. The comfort of lying and sleeping definitely improved. The mosquito net fastening system in this model is also very well designed, and from my point of view, works better in practice. The mosquito net is fastened with a zipper that runs around the hammock, so you can completely unzip it from just one side (right or left), or you can unzip both sides at the same time, e.g., to ½ or ¾ of the hammock length, or completely detach and store it in the pocket located at one end of the hammock. With this solution, there is no problem with the pockets, which can be hung directly on the ridgeline for storing small items. In my opinion, this is a great and practical solution. The hammock has two pockets, one on the outside and one inside the hammock. The hanging system is the same as in the Ważka V1 model, i.e., two lines, but I immediately replaced them with Triplander Quick Drag straps, which I had used in the Ważka V1 hammock. The color of the hammock is a very nice olive. I think it's a great product for relatively little money. I definitely recommend it.
