Excellent replica that doesn't require an upgrade... Well, maybe, but there is always something to find anyway. I didn't use any gas other than SmartGas – it provides dynamic performance and is cheap, and the replica accepts it without issue. As for performance – top class. I recommend it.

The Hi-capa D.O.R. gas pistol replica is made mostly of durable plastic. The lock and the frame were manufactured from plastic. The magazine, the musket along with the sights and small parts are made of metal.
A double-sided wing fuse, located in the rear of the frame just below the breech, and a grip fuse protect against uncontrolled firing.
The gun is equipped with a blow-back system that sets the lock in motion. After the last ball is fired from the magazine, the lock locks into the rear position. Thanks to the sealed gas system, the replica fires balls at ~300FPS.
The D.O.R version of the gun is equipped with a special mount designed to attach a collimator to the lock.
The replica comes with a magazine that holds 31 rounds in addition to the gas tank.
