The tourist first aid kit has expert equipment that can be used for a bike trip, a weekend getaway like the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland. It's great because of its wide range of first aid options. I recommend!

An exceptionally successful first aid kit, both in terms of equipment and price. I added wipes for cleaning wounds, a mouthpiece for artificial respiration, tweezers, and more vinyl gloves. Overall, it's very nice, and out of a million first aid kits, I chose this one to travel with me. Best regards!
