I've had this pocket knife for 7 years and have left it outside during a typhoon more than once. Only the handles have loosened a bit and there are some "marks" on the metal part.

Very nice pocket knife, the wooden grips give it a great vibe. However, I think the price is a bit too high. The standard Huntsman currently costs 169 PLN in military stores, and I think that's the right amount. Nevertheless, I recommend it!

Functionality as with every Huntsman, but the walnut handles add character, allowing you to stand out among Victorinox users with popular cellidor handles. It's worth checking the looseness of the awl, as this is a fairly common flaw in this brand of pocket knives (fortunately my copy didn't have it).

Overall, Victorinoxes are a kind of men's jewelry to me, and considering them as such, I think they're excellent – sleek and useful. What always annoys me, though, is opening the individual tools, as it's always a battle: will the Victorinox or my fingernail give in first? Not to mention opening it with cold, clumsy fingers ;) But as a useful accessory to one's outfit, it works great, and with wooden covers it gains extra elegance.
