    A classic in a very good edition - a great knife that comes perfectly sharpened from the factory and holds its sharpness surprisingly long. The steel probably contains a high amount of carbon – this should improve the durability of the blade, although I noticed a small rusty stain at the tip of my knife. However, it was enough to wipe it thoroughly.

    At this price, it's been a blast for years. Quality has not changed over the years. I have knives that are over 20 years old. I bought more, they're fantastic. Knives should not be washed in the dishwasher. Not only because of the blade, but also the handle. Once I bought capsules from Action and stains formed on my 18/10 stainless steel cutlery. Polypropylene or another less resistant material will get streaks.
