Volven Pro Traxion Hiking Crampons - Camo

Versatile hiking crampons intended for use on valley paths and mountain trails with gentle slopes. Designed to enhance traction on slippery surfaces such as frozen snow and patches of light ice. Not intended as a replacement for traditional crampons and unsuitable for climbing or excursions into high alpine terrain.

Outfitted with 13 spikes measuring 15 mm, crafted from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The teeth are linked together by robust steel chains, delivering excellent traction and stability on icy surfaces. Structural integrity is further enhanced by steel plates positioned at both the toe and heel of the sole, greatly boosting overall durability. A flexible hinge incorporated into the front plate allows for natural foot movement, minimizing fatigue and enhancing comfort during walking.

Constructed from flexible silicone, the band withstands low temperatures and ensures rapid application and adjustment to different outdoor footwear models. For enhanced stability during activities, an additional strap secured with Velcro is included. Clear front and rear markings facilitate efficient and correct attachment of the crampons.

A durable pouch is included to shield the crampons from mechanical damage during transport. Thanks to its compact size, the pouch can be easily stored in a backpack or glove compartment.
