Lightweight and compact, this bottle features an advanced filter that eliminates up to 99% of bacteria and other contaminants from water. The innovative filtration system enables refilling from various sources, including tap, rain, snow, hail, as well as lakes and rivers.
Constructed from robust, food-grade plastic produced entirely from sugarcane, the bottle is BPA Free (does not contain chemical substances from the BPA phenol group) and is fully recyclable.
Equipped with the revolutionary Water-to-Go filtration technology, originally developed and implemented by NASA, which combines nanotechnology with aluminum oxide particles to purify up to 200 liters of water.

I used the bottle to filter and drink water from rivers in Iceland. And I’m still alive, so I guess it works. The water didn't have a plastic smell, but it also wasn’t kept in the bottle for too long, at most a few hours.

Water-to-Go Sugarcane Filter Bottle 550 ml Black: Filtered about 20L of water from a river and tap water in South America. No health problems at all, and I didn’t notice any change in the taste of the water due to filtering.
