OpenBack system

The backpack features the OpenBack system, which provides access to the backpack’s interior via a removable back panel. By detaching the shoulder straps and unzipping the zipper, you gain full access to the main compartment from the frame side—a major benefit when transporting extensive gear. Users can extract or pack required items into the backpack without displacing other contents.

Advanced SAS carrying system

The SAS (Semi Adjustable System) carrying system offers full adjustability to fit various body types. Featuring adjustable chest and hip belts, the design ensures optimal load transfer to the hips, significantly reducing spinal strain. Backpack straps are fully removable with buckles and include loops designed to accommodate a hydration bladder tube. Both the straps and back panel are padded with soft, breathable mesh, enhancing airflow for greater comfort.

Flap closure and extended sleeve

Inspired by functionality, the backpack features a single, generously sized main compartment secured by a flap and sleeve closure. Two adjustable straps with Fastex buckles fasten the flap, while the drawstring sleeve enables expansion of the backpack’s capacity when necessary. The flap also includes an upper zippered pocket and a Velcro panel designed for attaching emblems or patches.

MOLLE/PALS mounting system and ski loops

Equipped with mounting straps utilizing the MOLLE/PALS system both inside and outside, the backpack enables secure attachment of extra pouches and pockets. External compression straps with buckles provide additional carrying options for larger equipment, such as a sleeping bag, sleeping pad, or jacket. Open side compartments are located on the sides, ideal for storing a water bottle or thermos, and are complemented by integrated ski loops.

Rain cover and internal organizer

Within the backpack, you’ll find an organizer featuring a mesh pocket and a dedicated compartment for a water reservoir compatible with a hydration system. A concealed rain cover is stashed in the double bottom, providing reliable protection for both the backpack and its contents during rain or snowfall.

    Great backpack - durable, very comfortable and roomy. Even when fully loaded, it was super comfortable all day in the winter Tatra mountains. The side pockets allow you to fit an Esbit thermos even when the backpack is full. The back access system is average in my opinion - a cool idea, but you have to unclip 5 buckles and a zipper to get in, which is inconvenient.

    I spent a long time considering a backpack that was intermediate between small and large, and I chose the Silverfox II. It was a bullseye. Sturdy - construction and materials. It fits well on the back. You can attach pouches (including on the hip belt, which was important to me). The back opens, not the front like in many other backpacks, so if you want to access something deep inside, you don't lay the backpack down with the 'back side' on the ground and won't get dirty putting it on again. Thanks to the chimney extension, adjustable flap, and the straps on the flap, under the bottom, and on the sides, you can take much more than its nominal capacity allows. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

    A very well-made backpack (I didn't expect anything less from Wisport). Well thought out, and its opening back panel makes it easy to access the interior without creating a mess. The inside also has a nice organizer and an option to mount a hydration bladder. On the outside, there are many options for attaching additional equipment. So far, I've used it several times outdoors, and it's a very comfortable backpack that offers plenty of space. I recommend it.

    It really gives the impression of being very solidly made. Great functionality - extra pocket at the top, possibility to open like a suitcase, drawstring closure that allows the backpack to be expanded, many options to attach gear, internal organizer with Velcro, decent hip belt, side pockets for bottles.

    A backpack of very good quality as expected from Wisport. It seems to be indestructible equipment. A big advantage is the ability to open the backpack in such a way that all its contents are accessible. I replaced my Sparrow II 30l with this, along with additional pockets, and I can fit all my gear without any issues. Good option for BOBA (also in terms of color).

    The best backpack you can get yourself. Spacious, durable, indestructible. This backpack is better than Chuck Norris and would survive even more. Additionally, the warranty offered by the manufacturer makes this a purchase that will last you a lifetime. I am delighted with the quality of these backpacks and the attention to detail in their craftsmanship. If I accidentally destroy this one, I will buy the same model again. Highly recommended.
