Fibre optic illumination system designed as a flexible cable emitting a red glow. Light is transmitted through optical fibres encased within a textile cover, offering active safety measures. The system is compatible with mounting on gear such as backpacks or apparel. 360-degree visibility extends up to 3 kilometres in darkness or low-light environments.

Durable waterproof design and USB-A connectivity enable reliable field lighting operation. A wide operating temperature spectrum, ranging from -20 to +60 degrees Celsius, supports use in various weather conditions. Certified to the IP68 standard, the product is fully shielded from water—withstands immersion up to 3 meters for up to 2 hours—and resists contaminants such as dust, sand, and dirt. Optical fibers encased in textile coverings ensure hassle-free integration into garments while providing mechanical strength and washability. Compliance with RoHS and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certifications is guaranteed.

Floating button offers simple and ergonomic system operation, with the flexibility to be attached anywhere on clothing or fabric surfaces. The switch is securely integrated into the cable. The unit comes with three selectable lighting modes that are toggled by a single short press:

• Warning mode – high-intensity flashing light (up to 180 mA, 3 Hz)
• High visibility continuous mode (145 mA) – optimal for areas with partial darkness, such as moving near ambient night lighting or operating in restricted visibility conditions including fog, snow, rain, smoke, or dust.
• Eco mode – constant illumination (60 mA) – delivers reduced brightness, less noticeable to the wearer’s eyes, and extends battery life for prolonged operation

The unit can operate for up to 60 hours when powered by a battery or power bank.
