Fibre optic illumination system featuring a flexible cable that radiates blue light. Light is transmitted via optical fibres encased in a textile sheath, offering active safety measures. The system can be secured to gear components such as backpacks or garments. Delivers 360-degree visibility up to 3 kilometres in low-light or nighttime environments.

Rugged waterproof design and USB-A cable support reliable field lighting applications. The equipment is operational within a temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius, ensuring adaptability to shifting climates and demanding environments. An IP68 rating guarantees comprehensive protection against water ingress at depths of up to 3 meters for a maximum of 2 hours as well as against the penetration of particles including dust, sand, and debris. Incorporation of textile-coated optical fibers provides ease of integration into fabric-based products, while assuring mechanical resilience and washability. Compliance with RoHS and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certifications is maintained.

Floating button enables convenient and ergonomic system control and may be positioned anywhere on garments or other materials. The switch maintains a permanent attachment to the cable. The system features three lighting modes, selectable with a single short press:

• Warning mode – high-intensity flashing light (up to 180 mA, 3 Hz)
• High-intensity continuous lighting mode (145 mA) – ideal for environments that are not fully dark, such as movement with ambient night lighting or in situations with limited visibility, including fog, snowfall, rain, smoke, or dust.
• Eco mode – steady illumination (60 mA) – reduced brightness, less obtrusive for the user, and ensures extended battery operation.

Provides operation for up to 60 hours when connected to a battery or power bank.
