    I purchased a cover intended for the Helikon-Tex Raccoon Mk2 24L backpack. According to the description, it should fit backpacks from 15 to 30 liters. However, it turned out that even for a 24L backpack, it is too small, let alone for 30L. The product does not match what was described.

    Not tested in the rain, but fits nicely with some room to spare on the Wisport Sparrow II Backpack. It allows you to store, in addition to the backpack, a jacket, sleeping pad, or other attached items under it. I recommend buying this cover, although I think it should come with the backpack in an additional pocket, e.g., sewn in on an elastic band like in competing backpacks or at least included loosely.

    The material quality and color are flawless. I would suggest adding adjustability to the circumference. But as for the "capacity," I think 30l backpacks don't stand a chance. This cover is designed for backpacks up to 20l, max 25l – and of course, without attached side pockets.
