Za-Pas M10M G10 Satin Knife – Black
A durable and lightweight knife with a fixed blade finished with a flat grind and a classic profile. The blade is made of 1.4116S stainless steel with a hardness of 59-61 HRC, characterised by high corrosion resistance, and is additionally finished with a satin treatment that effectively conceals signs of use while maintaining the knife's aesthetics.
High grind and thin cutting edge
The high grind combined with the thin edge provides high cutting performance, allowing precise and smooth cutting without excessive effort. This makes the knife suitable for slicing both delicate ingredients and harder products, ensuring working comfort and cutting precision.
A guard has been placed at the hand position to eliminate the risk of the hand slipping onto the blade.
Handle and scales
Scales resistant to moisture, temperature changes and solvents are fastened with stainless screws, which provides additional protection against external factors and eliminates the risk of damage. The handle scales are made of durable G10 composite.
Kydex sheath, mounting holes
The Kydex sheath included in the set is equipped with multi-position mounting holes and a fabric loop, allowing the knife to be securely and conveniently attached to a belt, backpack or other items of accouterment. The sheath holes are positioned to allow installation of a Tek-Lok mount.
