My first knife, and for me, it's from a really high-end range—the craftsmanship and the slightly "killer" price can be described as sharp as the knife itself that comes to us. The quality of workmanship is truly at a very, very high level.
Folding tactical knife crafted by esteemed designer and bladesmith Shane Silbert. Features a sleek Drop-Point blade forged from high-carbon CPM-CruWear tool steel with a hardness rating of 63-65 HRC. Infused with vanadium, tungsten, and molybdenum, this steel delivers exceptional resistance to wear. A protective Cerakote finish covers the blade, granting excellent corrosion resistance.
Equipped with an ambidextrous thumb stud, the blade can be swiftly deployed by both right- and left-handed users. Securely locking into place when open, the blade utilizes the robust Axis Lock system, which features a durable pin pressed by dual springs to hold the blade’s spine. Added jimping at the thumb rest on the spine enhances control during use.
Handles are shaped with ergonomic contours and feature cross milling, built from G10 epoxy-glass laminate recognized for its high structural strength and outstanding resistance to chemicals. The partially open handle construction simplifies maintenance and cleaning.
A springy, reversible deep-carry clip attached in the tip-up orientation offers convenient everyday carry, allowing secure attachment to the pocket edge. An additional lanyard hole at the rear of the handle enables the attachment of a cord to help prevent loss.

Benchmade Knife Company is an American brand founded in 1988 by Les de Asis in Oregon, with roots dating back to the 1970s when it operated as Bali-Song. The company became famous for producing folding and combat knives, and its butterfly logo refers to the first balisong models, which were awarded the title of Knife of the Year in 1979. Today, Benchmade manufactures knives in three lines: Blue Class, Black Class, and Gold Class, using modern powder steels such as S30V, M390, and CPM-20CV, and the patented Axis Lock, valued for its reliability and smooth operation. Among the brand's icons are the Griptilian, Bugout, 940 Osborne, Infidel, and Bushcrafter models, and the company regularly collaborates with renowned knifemakers such as Mel Pardue, Warren Osborne, and Ernest Emerson. Benchmade was the first knife manufacturer in the US to implement fully automated CNC production, achieving unprecedented precision and repeatability in the industry.
