A compact and robust folding knife engineered for everyday carry (EDC), ideal for both domestic chores and outdoor use.

Outfitted with a Drop-Point blade crafted from premium stainless steel CPM-S30V, manufactured using powder metallurgy. The steel is hardened to 58-60 HRC, offering excellent corrosion resistance, superior edge retention, easy sharpening, and exceptional resistance to chipping. A satin finish provides a semi-matte appearance, which helps minimize unwanted glare in certain environments.

The handle is built on a steel liner, topped with Grivory scales featuring a pronounced texture that guarantees a firm grip. A generously sized lanyard hole is integrated at the end of the ergonomically designed handle, suitable for attaching a lanyard or a keychain. Ambidextrous thumb studs allow for swift blade deployment.

Reliability under demanding conditions is assured by the Axis Lock sliding mechanism, which prevents accidental closure and unintentional opening during transport.

Daily carry is made easy with a mini deep carry spring clip mounted on the handle, allowing the knife to be attached securely to a belt or pocket edge. The reversible clip can be installed in a tip-up configuration, making it accessible for both right- and left-handed operators.

Benchmade Knife Company is an American brand founded in 1988 by Les de Asis in Oregon, with roots dating back to the 1970s when it operated as Bali-Song. The company became famous for producing folding and combat knives, and its butterfly logo refers to the first balisong models, which were awarded the title of Knife of the Year in 1979. Today, Benchmade manufactures knives in three lines: Blue Class, Black Class, and Gold Class, using modern powder steels such as S30V, M390, and CPM-20CV, and the patented Axis Lock, valued for its reliability and smooth operation. Among the brand's icons are the Griptilian, Bugout, 940 Osborne, Infidel, and Bushcrafter models, and the company regularly collaborates with renowned knifemakers such as Mel Pardue, Warren Osborne, and Ernest Emerson. Benchmade was the first knife manufacturer in the US to implement fully automated CNC production, achieving unprecedented precision and repeatability in the industry.

Great knife, I enjoyed it for 3 years and unfortunately the springs broke. You don't feel it in your pocket, but now it sits in a drawer. I don't recommend it for long-term use.

Plastic is not all the same, these are definitely the best plastic handles you can get on a Bugout, indeed stiffer and less flexible than the standard ones. The Bugout itself is great as always, and this all-black version looks awesome.

One of the best-made "Bogusi" I have ever had in my hands. Compared to the classic ones with plastic handles, this one really feels premium; the stiffness of the handles makes the knife feel different from a standard Bugout. I recommend it to every Bugout fan.

In person, it is smaller than in the photos – the model is very compact, which makes it phenomenally easy to carry and use. I prefer the variants that don't have a composite handle, however, every one of them is worth recommending.

Great knife. Other Bugouts with plastic handles seem too delicate. This one is made of aluminum and is fine. The ideal EDC knife, lightweight, unobtrusive, with a small and barely visible clip. You don't feel it in your pocket.

The knife is very light. Despite its small size, it has a good, secure grip. It does not slip in gloves. The handle color is lighter than in the photos. Perfect for everyday carry. I definitely recommend it.

If you care about a small and lightweight knife for everyday carry, it's hard to find a better choice. A great little one, and in this color version it looks fantastic. The white scale sometimes gets dirty and requires a bit more frequent cleaning, which you should keep in mind when choosing.

Great knife, brilliant steel. The deep carry clip is definitely a plus. You hardly feel it in your pocket. I highly recommend it, another successful purchase.

The knife comes nicely packaged and very sharp. The handle is more durable than it seems and the blade stays sharp for a long time. The price is high and probably a bit exaggerated. The knife is perfect for EDC. It is very lightweight and unnoticeable in the pocket. The lock works well. It's worth keeping it in the included case. After a walk on the beach, I spent a long time getting the sand out of the mechanism, and I didn't have a small enough tool to take it apart.

Incredibly lightweight and handy knife. The mechanics and operation are very smooth. Good steel and top-notch craftsmanship. Great for everyday carry. I recommend it.

Great design in the premium version, made from better materials. Excellent steel, very nice milled aluminum handle scales. This version both looks and works great! I recommend it.

A classic example of minimalist EDC. The handle is improved compared to the previous one with Grivory and the blade is made from one of the first powder super steels. Light as a feather. I recommend it to those who are undecided.

A great little knife for everyday carry. Excellently made. The steel used in the blade is extremely good quality. I highly recommend everyone to buy one, because it is definitely worth it.
