A folding knife designed for EDC (Every Day Carry) use, crafted with wear-resistant D2 tool steel and a durable G10 laminate handle.
Tool steel D2
Featuring a blade with a Drop-Point design, this knife is crafted from high-carbon D2 tool steel. Classified as semi-stainless for its corrosion resistance, the blade benefits from the addition of vanadium and a high chromium content, granting it exceptional abrasion resistance and enabling it to maintain a razor-sharp, aggressive edge for extended use.
With a hardness rating of 58-61 HRC, the steel undergoes hardening to deliver superior performance. Satin-finishing lends the blade a subtle semi-matte sheen, while a flat grind ensures optimal cutting capability.
G10 laminate handle and spring clip
The handle, crafted from G10 laminate, features a contoured and ergonomic profile, offering resistance to wear and adverse weather conditions. A lanyard hole is integrated into the rear portion of the handle, ideal for attaching a cord. The non-slip surface of the handle scales, combined with a notched indentation for the index finger, ensures a firm and confident grip.
A sturdy steel clip enables convenient pocket carry of the knife in the tip-up orientation.
Liner lock
Equipped with a flipper for blade deployment, the knife features a main axis enhanced by a ceramic ball bearing to ensure smoother opening. Blade retention is provided by a liner lock mechanism. Jimping is present on the spine of the blade at the thumb rest, offering improved grip and control during use.
