Already out of the box you can see the high quality of workmanship. The classic design and good balance make it a very successful model for lovers of this type of knife.
Large combat knife originally designed in 1940 to meet the requirements of the British army. Created by William E. Fairbairn and Eric A. Sykes, whose names were given to this model. An excellent choice for both collectors and users seeking functional military equipment.

The knife looks really great and immediately gives the feel of classic military equipment. It fits well in the hand, is comfortable to use, and works perfectly as part of a collection or as gear for outdoor trips.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed after unpacking. The grinds are not symmetrical on one side—a 3mm difference is visible to the naked eye, which is just tragic... The second flaw is an overheated tip of the blade—probably during factory sharpening... It has gained colors, which could indicate slight tempering of the blade. Unfortunately, that's too much for me to keep this legendary design in my collection. I hope this is the only faulty piece, because the knife really looks beautiful.
