A very interesting, ergonomic Boker for everyday EDC. Nice clip, holds the knife steadily in the pocket. The folder feels pleasant in the hand, operates smoothly, and arrives sharp from the factory. Plus, a promotional price. I recommend it.
A compact and robust folder crafted for daily carry (EDC), ideal for use in both household tasks and outdoor adventures. The blade features a Drop-Point design and is forged from 420A stainless steel, noted for its high resistance to wear and corrosion. A flat grind delivers efficient cutting performance, while the satin coating provides a matte, low-reflective finish.
Deployment is facilitated by a flipper mechanism, enhanced with a ball bearing on the main pivot for smoother action. In the deployed position, the blade is locked securely with a Liner Lock mechanism. Strategically placed jimping on the blade spine offers a secure resting point for the thumb, providing additional grip and blade control during cutting.
Handle liners are constructed from G10 laminate. The ergonomically contoured shape and textured, non-slip surface ensure a firm and stable grip. A dedicated finger groove also prevents the hand from sliding onto the edge during use.
A spring-loaded, deep-carry steel clip (tip-up, right/left carry) ensures discreet and versatile carry, easily securing the knife to a belt or pocket edge.

Boker is a German knife manufacturer with a tradition dating back to the 17th century, known for its distinctive chestnut tree logo – “Tree Brand.” In 1830, the company was already producing up to 2000 sabers per week, which were sent to battlefields across Europe. In the 19th century, it expanded its operations to the US, Canada, and Mexico, establishing recognizable subsidiaries. Today, the main factory in Solingen specializes in handcrafted collector's and utility knives, including those made of steel recovered from historical objects such as the Tripitz battleship. The brand offers four lines: Boker Manufaktur Solingen, Boker Plus, Magnum, and Arbolito. Boker products are valued by collectors, uniformed services, and chefs around the world.

Even knives above 1000 NPL don't operate as smoothly as this one! I think I got the one that was hand-assembled by the Knife Michelangelo himself. It's great to use, looks fantastic, I recommend it to anyone who would like to have a small work of art in their collection.
