Boker Plus 302 Fixed Blade Knife - Black

An outdoor knife with an overall length of 180 mm and Full-Tang construction, with the tang of the blade routed through the entire handle. The design was developed by Aaron Bieber. The 86 mm long blade with Clip-Point profile is made of Nitro-V stainless steel.

Clip-Point profile, flat grind

The blade with Full Tang construction and Clip-Point profile is 86 mm long and 4 mm thick. Made from Nitro-V stainless steel, it ensures durability, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. This results in very good cutting efficiency, while maintaining appropriate strength, allowing for more intensive use of the knife. The blade is given high flat grind and finished with a satin method, providing a semi-matte effect.

Handle made of durable paracord

The ergonomically shaped handle is wrapped with paracord, ensuring a secure grip, and can also serve as a spare cord in emergency situations. The finger notch prevents the hand from slipping onto the blade.

Kydex sheath

To facilitate carrying, a sheath made from durable Kydex is included in the set. The sheath can be transported both on the neck and on the belt thanks to a special mounting system, allowing it to be used both as a neck knife and as a backup knife.

Nitro-V feature
Nitro-V
Nitro-V is a modern martensitic stainless steel developed by New Jersey Steel Baron in cooperation with Buderus Steel. It is based on AEB-L steel, enriched with nitrogen (approx. 0.11%) and vanadium (up to 0.1%), which significantly improves corrosion resistance, impact strength, and edge durability. Carbon (0.68%) provides good hardness and chromium (approx. 13%) is responsible for stainlessness, making the steel resistant to moisture and acidic environments. After hardening, Nitro-V achieves a hardness of 58-63 HRC, offering a good combination of cutting aggression, toughness, and ease of re-sharpening. This steel is used in EDC, kitchen, and outdoor knives.
Kydex feature
Kydex
Kydex is a thermoplastic, durable material commonly used in the production of knife sheaths. It is resistant to impact, scratches, and changing weather conditions, and has very low moisture absorption. The sheaths are molded directly onto the knife, which guarantees a perfect fit, high durability, and complete safety—the blade remains securely in place even during dynamic movements. Due to its durability and customization options, Kydex has gained popularity in the tactical and survival industries. Sheaths are often equipped with additional mounting holes with metal eyelets, which increase their durability and allow for easy attachment of buckles, clips, or loops to a belt or harness.
Satin feature
Satin
Satin finishing is one of the most popular blade finishes, achieved by grinding the steel with fine-grained abrasives. Parallel micro-scratches remain on the surface, giving the knife a technical, matte appearance. Satin finishing has both aesthetic and practical significance - a smoothed blade is easier to clean, and the slightly reduced friction promotes smoother cutting. Depending on the direction and intensity of polishing, different effects are achieved - from a matte finish to an almost mirror-like finish. Satin is valued in both utility and collector's knives because it emphasizes the structure and quality of the steel while maintaining functionality.
