Great knife, perfect for EDC. Lightweight and quite slim, you don't feel it in your pocket. Additionally, it opens very smoothly, with no issues. It also fits well in the hand, I'm very satisfied with it.

The Boker Magnum rescue knife comes equipped with a partially serrated blade. Featuring a drop-point blade profile crafted from 12C27 stainless steel. The handle scales are constructed from FRP plastic with rubberized inserts for enhanced grip.
A flipper mechanism enables quick blade deployment. Once opened, the blade is secured by a robust liner-lock system. At the rear of the handle, a glass breaker and a removable safety blade designed for cutting seat belts are integrated.
Everyday carry convenience is ensured with a durable steel clip, configured in the tip-down position, meaning the blade faces downward while clipped.

The knife is very ergonomically made, and in my opinion the original sharpening is sufficient. I use it as an EDC knife and I think it performs very well in this role. Looking for drawbacks, I think two things can be pointed out: the knife is relatively heavy, which makes it comfortable to work with and secure in hand, but for everyday carry it is slightly cumbersome; and in my example, I had to tighten the screw holding the belt cutter because it was loose and would open by itself.
