A core of lightweight synthetic G-Loft insulation provides reliable warmth within the sleeping bag, maintaining its insulating performance even when exposed to moisture, repeated washing, or heavy use. An integrated Thermoflect layer enhances heat retention by reflecting body warmth back toward the user and trapping it inside the sleeping bag. The outer shell is purposefully designed larger than the inner lining, preventing direct contact and forming an extra layer of insulation.
The operational temperature ranges for the Dutje sleeping bag are specified in accordance with the EN 13537 standard:
- T-comfort: 5 deg. C – represents the minimum temperature at which a woman can achieve a restful night's sleep in comfort,
- T-extreme: 0 deg. C – indicates the lowest temperature at which it is possible to survive when using the sleeping bag. This figure is not intended as a guideline for regular use.
Equipped with a two-way central zipper for complete opening, the sleeping bag integrates an Anti Snag system to prevent the fabric from catching in the zipper. An insulated flap lines the zipper, offering protection against cold air intrusion. A Velcro tab at the top secures the zipper to prevent accidental opening while sleeping. The trapezoidal foot section is designed to maximize foot space and enhance heat retention.
Equipped with a contoured hood featuring an adjustable face opening, individual customization is possible through drawcords.
Compact when packed, the sleeping bag occupies minimal space, allowing for effortless transport and storage. With packed measurements of 25 x 32 cm and a weight of just 2000 g, gear load remains light and manageable during your mission.
Included in the set is a compression sack equipped with quick-release buckles, ensuring the sleeping bag remains protected during transport while shielding it from dirt and potential damage.
Waterproof map cover crafted from tough TPU plastic with a thickness of 0.2 mm, offering exceptional durability, resistance to UV rays and temperatures as low as -20 deg. C, and compliant with the IPX7 waterproof standard (protection against submersion for up to 30 minutes at depths of up to 1 meter). The outer layer is coated with PU to enhance longevity and includes a secure roll-top closure.
The transparent double-sided shell is touchscreen compatible, making it suitable for shielding not only maps from moisture but also for protecting a smartphone, tablet, or other gear.
A red flexible carrying strap with a Duraflex fastener is provided for convenient transportation.
