Carinthia HIG 4.0 Jacket - Black

Insulated jacket featuring a waterproof PTFE membrane and a lining crafted from robust polyamide. Designed for a full range of activities, it provides reliable protection in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius.

The exterior is crafted from wind- and waterproof polyamide. The jacket's interior features a filling of lightweight synthetic down G-Loft, offering reliable thermal insulation in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius. Distribution and quantity of insulation are determined by the ISO Mapping system, which allocates different thermal zones across the body. Areas most sensitive to cold, such as the torso, are insulated with 145 g/m2 down, while the shoulders are provided with 110 g/m2. The insulation maintains its properties even when exposed to moisture. A ventilation system—composed of detachable openings along the side seams—enables effective regulation of airflow.

The HIG 4.0 features six functional pockets for optimal utility:

• Two spacious external zippered pockets come with a thermo fleece lining,
• One internal Napoleon-style pocket adds convenient storage,
• Three pockets located on the shoulders offer additional carrying capacity.

Featuring a detachable hood that can be retracted into the collar, the jacket provides versatile protection. The HIG 4.0 secures along its entire length with a waterproof two-way zipper, which includes a windproof flap and a chin protector. An internal adjustable elastic hem allows customization of the jacket's lower fit.
