Carinthia HIG 4.0 Jacket - Olive

Insulated jacket featuring a waterproof PTFE membrane and a lining crafted from robust polyamide. Designed for optimal performance in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius, it is ideal for a wide range of activities.

The jacket’s outer shell is crafted from windproof and waterproof polyamide. Inside, the insulation consists of lightweight G-Loft synthetic down, ensuring reliable warmth even in temperatures as low as -20 degrees Celsius. The distribution and amount of insulation are determined by the ISO Mapping system, which organizes body areas into specific thermal zones. For critical areas most susceptible to cold (the torso), 145 g/m2 of insulation is used, while the shoulders are protected with 110 g/m2. Even when damp, the insulation maintains its thermal effectiveness. Ventilation is facilitated through detachable vents located along the side seams, offering convenient adjustment for optimal airflow.

The HIG 4.0 features six functional pockets for optimal utility:

• Two spacious external zippered pockets, both lined with thermo fleece, ensure warmth and secure storage.
• An inner Napoleon-style pocket offers convenient internal organization.
• Three pockets on the shoulders provide easy access to essential gear.

Featuring a detachable hood that can be retracted into the collar, the HIG 4.0 jacket is secured with a full-length waterproof two-way zipper complemented by windproof trim and a chin guard. Internal elastic hem allows for easy adjustment at the jacket’s bottom.
