Rugged sleeping bag in Olive, engineered with a mummy-style shape for optimal comfort and freedom of movement throughout the night. Constructed from premium polyamide, the robust outer shell encloses a filling of 90/10 CQ-Down goose down for superior insulation.
Temperature ratings and usage conditions
The temperature specifications for the XP Down 1000 sleeping bag are determined in accordance with the EN 13537 standard:
- T-limit: -20 C – minimum temperature at which a man can sleep comfortably through the night without experiencing discomfort,
- T-extreme: -40 C – minimum temperature at which survival inside the sleeping bag is achievable; standard use under these conditions is not advised.
90/10 CQ-Down filling
The XP Down 1000 is equipped with 90/10 CQ-Down goose down, providing an outstanding combination of low weight and superior thermal performance with a high loft of 600 cuin (cubic inches). Down insulation is distributed within H-chambers, effectively preventing displacement and guaranteeing consistent cold protection.
Central zipper, Anti Snag system
Outfitted with a two-way central zipper, the sleeping bag can be completely unzipped for versatility. The Anti Snag system ensures that the fabric remains clear of the zipper track. Alongside the zipper runs an insulated draft tube that significantly boosts protection from cold air infiltration. At the top of the zipper, a Velcro flap prevents accidental unzipping during rest. The trapezoidal footbox design enhances leg space and maintains superior heat retention.
Integrated hood for cold protection
