Operating at a frequency range of 11 - 11.5 kHz, the device enables accurate detection of gold, silver (including coins), militaria, jewelry, and other precious metal objects concealed underground, on grassy surfaces, in sand, mud, underwater, or indoors. 360-degree probing greatly streamlines pinpointing targets, and positioning the tip horizontally expands the effective search area.
The CT-1076 device offers three types of alarm modes:
- audio alert
- vibration alert
- a combination of audio and vibration alerts
An effective mode memory feature powers the detector up using the most recently selected settings. A built-in LED flashlight enables efficient searches in dark or dimly lit environments. Powered by a single 9V alkaline battery, the unit is equipped with a battery level indicator so users can monitor and optimize the device's runtime.
