Engineered for resilience, the Heavy Water Diver BlackTie B features a durable and lightweight titanium case, water resistance up to 300 meters, tritium-powered backlighting, and a high-precision Swiss movement. Developed for uncompromising performance, it excels in demanding environments, whether submerged or on rugged terrain.
Titanium watchcase, quartz movement
The watch features a reliable Ronda 515 quartz movement, powered by a Renata 371 battery. With a robust 50 mm case crafted from grade 2 titanium, the entire timepiece is exceptionally lightweight, durable, and hypoallergenic.
Distinguished by a high level of water resistance at 30 atmospheres, the watch is well-protected for diving up to 300 m or for swimming activities. The notched, unidirectional diving bezel with a tritium zero marker and an easy-to-grip screw-down crown provide precise dive timing. The oversized crown design ensures straightforward handling, even with gloves or underwater.
The dial displays bold, highly legible military-style digits created with 3D technology. An integrated 24-hour scale enables easy reading of time in military format, while an additional inner ring with minute markers increases visibility.
A convenient date display on the dial indicates the current day of the month.
The entire watch is shielded by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an internal anti-reflective coating, enhancing legibility in bright sunlight.
The GMT model is equipped with an extra scale for tracking time in multiple time zones.
Tritium backlighting
The hands, indices, and zero marker are fitted with tritium microtubes containing gas, which deliver constant and intense luminescence with no need for activation. Tritium microtubes are elevated 80% above the dial’s surface, improving visibility from multiple angles—not just when viewed directly from above. Tritium-based illumination guarantees the watch face remains readable even in total darkness.
Tritium has a half-life of 12 years, indicating that after 12 years, its brightness will diminish to half of its original intensity.
Durable strap
Equipped with a robust rubber strap featuring a grooved texture complemented by a map motif and multiple perforations, the watch efficiently channels away moisture, enhances airflow, and minimizes sweat accumulation on the wrist. The strap material offers high resistance to both moisture and sweat, which makes it perfectly suited for demanding outdoor activities. A special locking mechanism on the strap further secures against accidental release.
An innovative quick-change strap system utilizing screw-in pins enables fast and precise adjustments to suit individual preferences. Disassembly requires a Torx 6 screwdriver.
