The Gaupe knife from Norwegian manufacturer Helle is an excellent companion for woodland excursions, survival expeditions deep in the wild, or everyday use. Perfectly suited for both gutting and skinning tasks, the knife features a glass breaker integrated into the end of the handle.
Crafted from 12C27 stainless steel, the blade is hardened to a toughness of 60HRC.
The handle is constructed from stained silver birch wood.
A leather sheath, inspired by classic Scandinavian craftsmanship and adorned with a lynx motif, is included.
