Classic Norwegian knife featuring a half full tang construction. Crafted as a straightforward utility tool, it excels during outdoor adventures, including campsite setup. The design originates from the expertise of Canadian survival specialist Les Stroud.
Outfitted with a drop-point blade, formed from Swedish Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, known for exceptional hardness and resistance to corrosion. The half full tang structure adds robustness to the knife. The blade boasts a high flat grind.
The ergonomically contoured handle consists of oiled birch wood. An appropriately shaped wooden grip serves as a cross guard, minimizing the risk of hand slippage onto the blade. Metal pins secure the handle scales, and a reinforced hole at the handle’s end accommodates a lanyard.
Comes supplied with a double-stitched sheath crafted from natural brown leather. A belt loop enables easy and secure transport.
