Engineered in a Coyote colorway, the medical pouch is crafted to securely carry a tactical tourniquet or gear of comparable size. A fully enclosed design shields the contents from contamination and accidental dropping, while still enabling rapid, single-handed access when needed.

The MX128 model utilizes a multilayer MX laminate, offering a combination of lightweight construction and exceptional resistance to abrasion as well as demanding outdoor environments. Securing is achieved with both Velcro and a snap, while a supplementary elastic loop provides enhanced retention, safeguarding the tourniquet against accidental loss.

Designed with a mounting system utilizing slim 20 mm PALS straps, this pouch can be securely fastened to a vest, MOLLE platform, or directly threaded onto a belt.
