A very decent portion, which after preparation actually tastes like normal food, not a powdered product. The packaging is sturdy and convenient for eating directly from it. For a freeze-dried meal, it is very filling and provides a lot of energy. A solid option for a quick meal on the go, although the price could be a bit lower.

Review summary
Reviews show that LYOFOOD freeze-dried meals stand out for their very good taste, often compared to homemade food, and their simple, natural ingredients. Customers praise them for quick preparation, high calorie content, filling portions, low weight, and compact packaging, which makes them great for hiking, cycling, camping, and emergency запас use. Buyers also often mention the sturdy, practical pouches and the long shelf life as key advantages. The main drawback is the relatively high price, and some users note that the water amount and waiting time need attention, otherwise the texture can turn out too thin. A few flavours receive mixed feedback, especially those that are spicier, more peppery, or less filling in smaller portions, but the overall impression of the brand is clearly very positive.

Tasty and nutritious Lyofood meals. Very lightweight, so they are a great option for trips and holidays. Simple ingredients, a long shelf life, and clear markings on the packaging make it very easy to prepare a meal. Worth trying even out of curiosity.

An elegant vegetable portion for breakfast on cold days. I had the opportunity to use it quickly at work. Very tasty lentils with millet groats. I also recommend it as a side dish for meat.
-
A super, mega tasty portion for cold days. If you like hiking and eating outdoors, this is an ideal meal to replenish your energy. The only downside is that you need to think about bringing more water.

LYOFOOD Stroganoff works well as a variation to groats and stew. The price could be a little lower; otherwise, either the portion is smaller or you have to hunt for a discount.

Straight from the courier to the first short trip to check the taste. LYO is, in my opinion, a guarantee of quality, and here I was not disappointed either. Good taste, quick preparation, and that joy of eating a meal prepared in the forest:)

Straight from the courier to my first short trip to test the taste. In my opinion, LYO is a guarantee of quality, and here as well I was not disappointed. Good taste, quick preparation, and that joy of eating a meal prepared in the forest :)

A tasty meal. In the field, something like this definitely boosts morale. It doesn’t taste artificial at all; it’s really good. Especially for soups, but also for other dishes, I recommend not overdoing the amount of water. It’s better to add more if it turns out too thick than to pour in too much from the start. For me, the only downside is the fairly high price.

A very tasty and filling meal. Preparation is quick and convenient, especially outdoors. The consistency after adding water is also good. A bit expensive for a single portion, but the quality and taste are definitely a big plus.

The best producer of freeze-dried meals: a quick dinner without effort or carrying water, excellent calories and taste, worth the price because it takes up no space when traveling, perfect for cycling trips!
-
Excellent, quick pasta, lots of calories, ingredients like in a homemade dinner, can be prepared in no time. We don’t carry unnecessary water, only the essence of a dinner :), perfect for cycling trips!
-
An excellent, quick meal, quite high in calories, the best taste of all Lyofood meals, impeccable ingredients, and it can be prepared in no time. It takes up little space in a bag, perfect for cycling trips!

LYOFOOD Pork loin in dill sauce with potatoes is one of my favorite flavors from this company. A Polish company, a Polish flavor, nothing to add, nothing to take away. Only the price keeps getting higher.

Oh my, how delicious, it’s my first time eating freeze-dried food. I bought it just to try it. No salt or pepper at all, and it is tasty, there’s no need to add anything. I recommend it, delicious.

This soup was the first dish I ate from Lyofood and it convinced me to try more, and now I don’t buy from any other company. The soup tastes as if you had made it yourself at home; it is really delicious.
