I have tried different freeze-dried meals, but I like the ones from Lyofood the most. This dish is medium-sized, but it fills you up without making you feel stuffed, which is not desirable during the day, for example in the mountains ;)

Another nice dish from the well-known brand LYO. I took it on a 5-day hike. It was quite good, although there are fewer calories than in the macaroni with cheese from the same series.
