LYOFOOD Freeze-dried food Porcini mushroom risotto 92 g/418 kcal

Freeze-drying is a process of vacuum dehydration of food products at very low temperatures (-50 deg C). Thanks to the use of a special production technology, freeze-dried food is a wholesome, high-calorie meal, complete in every respect, while meeting the high requirements of various extreme sports such as climbing, high-mountain tourism, sailing, and qualified tourism in both summer and winter. It is used by polar explorers, travelers, competitive athletes, on various expeditions and camps.

Risotto with porcini mushrooms is an excellent meal for fans of tasty, filling food. As with all meals from LYOFOOD, preparation is extremely quick and very simple.

    A tasty meal. In the field, something like this definitely boosts morale. It doesn’t taste artificial at all; it’s really good. Especially for soups, but also for other dishes, I recommend not overdoing the amount of water. It’s better to add more if it turns out too thick than to pour in too much from the start. For me, the only downside is the fairly high price.
