The first aid pouch is very well made, from sturdy material and with careful attention to detail. It does not feel cheap, and the stitching and attachments appear durable. Its compact dimensions mean it sits well on a tactical belt and does not get in the way while moving. A big plus for the well-thought-out design, which provides quick and convenient access to the contents when needed. The pouch is practical, well organized, and does not take up unnecessary space. In my opinion, it is a very good choice for the shooting range, tactical training, or trips into the field. I recommend it to people looking for a small, functional medical pouch for a belt.

Featuring a removable inner organizer attached via MIL-SPEC straps, the pouch allows for swift and easy access to medical supplies. Elastic bands inside provide optimal organization of the contents. Full MOLLE/PALS compatibility ensures attachment to tactical belts, vests, backpacks, or other gear.
A hook-and-loop panel (velcro) on the exterior enables the easy addition of various insignia or Morale Patches, such as national flags or unit identifiers. The medical cross cut-out on the panel includes a sliding insert to switch its color between red and black.

MultiCam Camouflage
MultiCam is an advanced camouflage design introduced in 2002 by the American firm Crye Precision, in partnership with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Developed to provide a versatile camouflage solution effective across diverse environments and variable conditions, the MultiCam pattern features a palette of seven colors. These hues blend seamlessly, creating gradient transitions between green, brown, and beige tones. Thanks to this adaptability, the pattern shifts to match surrounding environments—appearing more green in wooded areas and more brown or beige in arid landscapes. For Central and Eastern Europe, MultiCam performs exceptionally well during the autumn months and within regions of dry foliage. Its effectiveness has earned global acclaim, leading to widespread use by military forces and special operations units worldwide. In 2010, the U.S. Army selected this camouflage pattern for soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Availability for civilian applications has further popularized MultiCam among outdoor enthusiasts and airsoft players.

I highly recommend this medical pouch. Of course, there are cheaper ones, but this one is great—small and compact, perfect for a shooter to wear on the belt, ideally on the lower back. Just hehe, it needs a few small modifications, meaning I cut off the velcro on the back, which prevented quick access from the right or left side. With the velcro sewn in, it becomes a hassle—you’ll tear your pants off before you get the IFAK out, because the retention of the pouch’s elastic bands is more than enough, so there’s no need for more velcro. I packed hemostatic, compressed gauze, a nasopharyngeal tube, lubricant, an Israeli bandage, a vented occlusive dressing, a decompression needle, and a marker into the pouch. Probably some blister plasters would fit too, but I didn’t add them.

I don't know why this first aid kit has such high ratings. Maybe the materials are okay, although 500d Cordura isn't anything special, but the internal layout of the kit disqualifies it. It's supposed to be compact, and it is, but due to the poorly sewn rubber straps (there are a few, but you can realistically use only two, as the rest are too small to put anything in), they take up useless space that could have been used for an extra dressing. For this price, even the old tear-off Miwo first aid kits did a better job plus they were Polish-made.

Very good workmanship and the material seems durable, it fits a large personal bandage perfectly. Order fulfillment, as usual, was fast and trouble-free, I recommend.

The IFAK is very successful, although with the Israeli bandage, additional items just barely fit. It's worth cutting off the small Velcro inside the sleeve, which makes it impossible to pull out from the side—I don't know why manufacturers add it because the retention itself prevents the kit from falling out, and pulling it out with the Velcro attached is nearly impossible.

After considering the arrangement, I managed to fit: a 4” Israeli bandage, two vented dressings, kaolin gauze, a small self-adhesive bandage, and there’s still room for some small items. The MOLLE mounting holds very well, and the pouch can be pulled out effectively to the left or right—helpful and well-designed handles on both sides. Two pieces of tape in the pouch make it easy to quickly open the zipper. I recommend it!

Great, sturdy, and spacious first aid kit. I managed to fit in everything I always want to have with me—whether at the shooting range, in the forest, or in the mountains. The material is quite solid, well-sewn, and the zippers work smoothly. I recommend it.

Thoughtfully designed with efficient internal layout and durable materials. Quick to access in urgent scenarios, with ample space for essential medical items. Ideal for field use or everyday readiness in compact form, without compromising on organizational features.
-
It looks nice, the workmanship is of good quality, but the zipper is very stiff, maybe because it's supposed to be waterproof, but in a first aid kit, access should be instant. In terms of capacity, it's definitely too small, I couldn't even fit a minimum set for the shooting range.

The first aid kit is very well made, although the internal compartment could have been arranged differently. After minor modifications (removing the stitching of the elastic straps), it fits the necessary equipment. I managed to fit a hemostatic dressing, a 15cm Israeli bandage, 2 vented dressings, 2 small bandages, 2 nasopharyngeal airways, compressed gauze, a decompression needle, 2 pairs of gloves, and 3 small sterile pads. It's stable on the belt and access is problem-free.

IFAK is very solidly made, the outer module is resistant to abrasion. The inner module (the first aid kit) is not fully thought out. The elastic holders could be arranged differently; instead of 2 very small elastic tunnels, one wider one could have been made. All this means you have to compromise on equipment, but overall the whole set looks very good. Next time I would consider buying the larger option.

Great first aid kit. Made of good material, fits perfectly on the belt. It could be a little cheaper. Successful purchase, I hope it will last as long as possible.
-
A high-quality pouch made of very good material. You can fit everything you need for any operation. It sits nicely on the belt. Works well in use. I recommend it!
-
Small, neat, fits well. Very good quality of workmanship. Despite the size of the IFAK, basic equipment fits easily; if you want larger dressings, it can be a bit of a problem.

The first aid kit is ideal, for me the best available on the market, including top companies specializing in tactical gear.
