Good gloves but they don't effectively protect the palms and against sharp objects/vegetation. But for shooting and working with sensitive tasks these are great.
Mechanix Wear M-Pact Tactical Leather Gloves
Highly resilient and multifunctional gloves crafted specifically for professional military personnel and special forces operatives. Mechanix Wear gloves are an excellent option for users who value hand protection that is lightweight, comfortable, and ensures a reliable grip.
Durable DuraHide leather, TrekDry material
DuraHide leather is used on the grip area and the upper surfaces of the thumb and index finger, delivering superior abrasion resistance. The upper section features breathable TrekDry® fabric to minimize sweating. The cuff secures firmly with a Velcro closure.
Hand protection, D30 material, TPR plastic panels
Superior protection for the palm, metacarpus, fingers, and knuckles is ensured through the use of D3O® material combined with TPR panels (Thermal Plastic Rubber, meeting EN13594 standards). These materials offer excellent defense against abrasions and impacts from external sources. Segmenting the panels facilitates smooth finger movement and flexibility.
Mechanix gloves serve as an ideal choice for survival adventures, automotive workshop tasks, DIY projects, as well as asg and paintball activities. Widely favored by special forces operators, Mechanix gloves consistently deliver top-tier performance in demanding conditions.
Protection standards
Gloves comply with the EN388 protective standard at level 4111XP for mechanical hazard resistance, which entails:
- 4: abrasion resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- 1: cut resistance (rated on a 0–5 scale)
- 1: tear resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- 1: puncture resistance (rated on a 0–4 scale)
- X: cut resistance – TDM test (ISO 13997) (measured from A–F)
- P: impact protection (requirement fulfilled)
Scales defined by the EN388 standard indicate the level of glove protection: a score of 0 signifies no protection, while 4 or 5 represent the highest resistance levels.
During TDM testing (ISO 13997), letters denote cut resistance, with A as the minimum protection and F as the maximum.
X designates an untested or non-applicable criterion, while P confirms compliance with impact protection requirements.

TPR, or thermoplastic rubbeTPR, or thermoplastic rubber, is a material that combines the properties of rubber and plastic. It is flexible and durable, and is often used in the manufacture of tool handles, gaskets, footwear, and many other products, as it provides comfort, good grip and wear resistance.r, is a type of synthetic material that combines the properties of rubber and plastic. TPR is characterized by its flexibility and abrasion resistance.
TrekDry is a modern material characterized by high breathability. It effectively wicks moisture away from the surface of the skin, which helps to keep it dry and thermally comfortable during intense physical activity. It fits to the shape of the hand, ensuring freedom of movement and increasing precision during various activities.
D3O is a modern material with intelligent molecules that move freely during normal use. However, at the moment of impact, they fuse together, absorbing and dispersing energy, then rapidly return to an elastic state. As a result, the material effectively reduces vibration, protects hands from injury and reduces hand strain while working.
Durahide DRY is a technology that uses specially treated Durahide natural leather. The treatment makes the leather waterproof while maintaining high breathability and flexibility.

Very good gloves, they fit the hand perfectly and are carefully sewn. They work great both in combat situations and during training on the training ground. The reinforcements are durable, and the gloves themselves can already be called classic.
-
The gloves are very sturdy and comfortable. They fit the hand well, provide excellent protection, and at the same time do not restrict finger movements. They work well both in the field and for technical tasks. The quality of workmanship is very high.

I have already had gloves of this model and they were phenomenal, but the Velcro came off on the right glove, so I bought a second pair and I am happy using them in the ASG zone.

In May this year, I also bought new MPact 1 gloves in black. They are exactly what I needed. I plan to use them together with my new service uniform.
