The upper section of the gloves is crafted from a breathable, lightweight CoolPlus fabric, effectively minimizing hand perspiration while delivering optimal airflow. A single-piece design decreases the number of seams, enhancing glove durability, and the robust mesh fabric provides high resistance to tears and snags. Inside, durable 0.8 mm synthetic leather ensures a secure grip and heightened tactile sensitivity, while also facilitating touchscreen device operation without removing the gloves. The Lock Ring panel reinforces the high-wear thumb area, boosting overall durability and reducing weak points in seam construction.
A TPR strap (Thermoplastic Rubber - EN 13594 compliant) with velcro secures the cuff. The 2-piece design of the inner palm along with the integrated Freedom-Flex cuff minimizes material gathering, enhancing the glove’s fit and delivering unrestricted mobility. The lower palm area incorporates ventilated padding for improved airflow and added protection against impact.
The gloves comply with the American safety standard ANSI/ISEA 105 at level 3XX, offering certified protection against cuts, abrasion, and punctures, which signifies:
- 3: Abrasion resistance (rated on a scale from 1 to 6)
- X: Cut resistance (rated from A1 to A9)
- X: Puncture resistance (rated from 0 to 5)
These gloves also adhere to the EN388 standard at level 2121X for mechanical hazard resistance, denoting:
- 2: Abrasion resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- 1: Cut resistance (on a scale of 0–5)
- 2: Tear resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- 1: Puncture resistance (on a scale of 0–4)
- X: Cut resistance – TDM method (ISO 13997) (on a scale from A–F)
According to the ANSI/ISEA 105 classification, abrasion resistance is measured from 1 to 6, indicating the number of abrasion cycles the material endures before wearing through. Cut resistance is evaluated from A1 to A9, with A1 being minimum and A9 maximum protection. Puncture resistance ranges from 0 to 5 and shows the force necessary to penetrate the glove surface with a pointed tool (needle punctures are not included).
The protection levels outlined in the EN388 standard use scales where 0 means no protection, and top values (4, 5) represent the highest available resistance.
Testing via the TDM method (ISO 13997) employs letter codes, where A is the lowest protection level and F is the highest.
X notation signifies that a parameter was either not tested or not applicable.
