Poncho designed for rain protection, crafted entirely from waterproof PVC plastic. An integrated hood shields the head from both rain and wind. Well-suited for field operations and ideal for daily wear in wet conditions.
Waterproof, versatile use
Designed with a waterproof rating of 1600 mm/m2, the poncho features taped waterproof seams and durable press studs for securing the sleeves and adjusting the fit to the wearer.
Engineered to fully shield an adult carrying a backpack, the poncho can also be opened up and suspended in demanding situations to serve as a compact tent or tarp. Snap fasteners enable multiple ponchos to be connected, forming a larger shelter if needed.

The material is thick enough that it doesn't tear at the slightest move. Maybe it's cheap but it's flimsy - used it 4 times and it tore. If it were more durable, it would be worthwhile. After spending 8 hours in the rain, the poncho started to get damp inside and let water through. Please improve the material.

The poncho has been tested more than once; on a mountain trip in light rain it works well and nothing gets wet. The price is reasonable, and at least on the trail we don't look like we're dressed in a garbage bag.
