Thanks to the high grind paired with a lower secondary bevel, the edge slices smoothly while preserving excellent cutting strength. Jimping along the spine ensures stable thumb placement during tasks in wet environments. The knife's rugged appearance is highlighted by visible forging marks (brut de forge).
