Olight Perun 3 Head and Angle Flashlight with headband Black - 3000 lumens

Engineered with an angled design, the flashlight incorporates 3 high-intensity Cool White LEDs 9W paired with TIR optics, delivering a maximum luminous output of 3000 lumens and an effective beam distance of up to 160 meters. Integrated into the head, an additional Red Max LED 1.5W offers red illumination with a peak brightness of 60 lumens.

A6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, IP68 rating

Constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum A6061-T6 and finished with Type III hard anodization, the robust housing features a non-slip texture for enhanced grip. Protection is ensured by an O-ring sealing system built to meet the IP68 standard, providing complete defense against dust penetration and allowing for submersion in water up to 2 meters deep for 30 minutes.

21700 5000 mAh rechargeable battery, magnetic charger

The Perun 3 flashlight operates with a supplied 21700 5000 mAh rechargeable battery. The rechargeable battery is powered through the Olight MCC3 2A USB magnetic charger (included). Access to the battery is provided by unscrewing the tail cap, which features a flat design to enable vertical placement of the flashlight. The tail cap also incorporates a powerful magnet, allowing secure attachment to any steel surface. When battery charge drops below 10%, the flashlight signals this through repeated vibrations every 30 seconds. An advanced electronic circuit manages current output to the LEDs, ensuring consistent brightness in the selected mode until the battery is fully depleted. Integrated electronic protection prevents LED overheating at the highest setting by reducing current after 2 minutes, maintaining 800 lumens, and stabilizing further to 600 lumens after an additional 180 minutes.

Proximity sensor, headband, spring clip

Outfitted with a proximity sensor, the flashlight automatically decreases brightness when the head is near an object. Included in the set is a headband featuring a tough steel mounting bracket, enabling use as a headlamp. Constructed from lightweight, breathable fabric, the headband also incorporates a silicone strap for added sweat protection. Easy transport is ensured by a detachable spring clip, allowing secure attachment to the edge of a pocket or gear strap.

The manufacturer didn’t boast about this, but it’s worth mentioning that the beam angle matches the field of vision perfectly, so the lamp shines EVERYWHERE you turn, not just directly in front of you. Ultra mode turns night into day and outshines car headlights. I recommend it.

    Great headlamp. The light is very intense in turbo mode, but at medium settings it is really pleasant for home repairs or when working on the car. I recommend it both for evening walks with the dog and for car repairs, and it will also be a great source of light at home in the event of a power outage.

    The flashlight makes a very good impression – it is powerful, solid, and works great as a headlamp during night trekking. The red light mode is also a nice feature, and the ability to quickly detach the flashlight from the headband allows it to be used as a regular handheld flashlight as well. The housing is really sturdy, and I would not be afraid to take it out in the rain or in more demanding conditions. It is a bit heavier than typical headlamps, but with this level of power and build quality, that definitely does not bother me.
