I fit into this poncho even quite easily! The hood is medium-sized and I don't know if someone wearing a military helmet would find this hood suitable?! There might be a little not enough room for a helmet, but since I don't have one, I can't check it, but overall, the hood is not tight and has some space! The camo pattern is really nice, perfect for Polish forests! It's spacious and comfortable! I think it won't let the rain through so easily, as I think Pentagon makes good quality products.
