Pulsar, part of the European Yukon Group, is a thermal imaging and digital day-and-night optics brand based in Lithuania. It was established in 1991 on the initiative of a group of enthusiasts who assembled their first devices in a basement, and today it employs more than 1,200 people and operates in over 70 countries. All Pulsar products are made in Europe, and the brand became known for innovations such as digital scopes with the one-shot zero function, enabling quick zeroing, and Dual-Purpose solutions combining the functions of a monocular and a scope. Its modern approach is also highlighted by the Stream Vision 2 app, which allows devices to connect to smartphones via Wi-Fi for remote control, image transfer, or software updates. In 2005, Yukon Group was the first company to introduce digital night vision scopes to the civilian market, starting a new era of accessible optoelectronics. In 2012, the first mass-produced thermal imaging monocular for civilians appeared - Quantum, and in 2019 the compact Axion XM30, capable of detecting a human silhouette from a distance of 1350 meters in complete darkness.
