Thermal imaging scope engineered for precise shooting capability in both daylight and nighttime environments. The Thermion Duo DXP55 features two independent lenses and sensors, delivering both a full-color daytime image and high-performance thermal imaging.

For enhanced precision, the scope offers a digital zoom range of 2-16x, enabling detection and identification of objects at distances up to 1800 meters. Integrated with a stadia rangefinder, users can easily estimate distances to targets of known size. The DXP55 is also equipped with an enlarged 35 mm focal length lens in the day channel, supporting higher optical magnification up to 4x, which can be further digitally increased to 32x—offering exceptional detail during daylight use.

The Thermion Duo DXP55 thermal imager incorporates a sensor with 640 x 480 pixel resolution and 17 µm pixel pitch. Exceptional sensor sensitivity allows detection of temperature variances below 25 mK. The device employs an AMOLED HD display with a resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels. The integrated daytime digital CMOS sensor, boasting 4K (3840x2160 pixels) resolution, delivers highly detailed images in daylight. Operation is managed through in-built controllers with function buttons conveniently located on the tube.

This multispectral optic features eight image display modes designed to assist in the recognition and identification of observed targets:
- White Hot – optimal for detecting objects,
- Black Hot – optimal for detecting objects,
- Red Hot – ideal for object detection,
- RedMonochrome – recommended for prolonged night observation,
- Rainbow – used for target recognition and identification,
- Ultramarine – used for recognition and identification,
- Violet – best for extended night use,
- Sepia – suitable for extended night surveillance.

The sighting scope supports ten reticle options (D50i, C50i, X54i, H50i, X50i, T54i, M58i, X51Fi-300, M56Fi (Mil-Dot), M57Fi (Mil-Dot)) in four selectable colors, all displayed electronically in the same plane as the target. An extensive selection of reticles ensures optimal adjustment to user needs and environmental conditions. Five ballistic profiles with memory for ten zeroing distances each are integrated. The picture-in-picture function permits magnification of the central area within a dedicated window covering 10% of the display, aiding target acquisition and detailed observation.

An integrated photo and video recording function allows files to be saved directly to the 16 GB internal memory. Wireless transfer of files to a smartphone or tablet is available via Wi-Fi when using the StreamVision 2 application. The built-in Wi-Fi module additionally enables the use of a phone with StreamVision 2 as a remote display or for device control. Enhanced user convenience is achieved with built-in diopter adjustment on the Thermion 2 model.

The housing is constructed from a durable aluminum alloy, ensuring compatibility with firearms generating recoil up to 6000 J (e.g., .375 H&H, 9.3 x 64). Featuring a compact structure and sealed design, the thermal imager is IPX7 water resistant, safeguarding it at depths of up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Operational temperature ranges extend from -25 to +50 degrees Celsius, providing reliability in extreme conditions.

Power is supplied by two batteries: a built-in unit with 4900 mAh capacity and a replaceable APS2 battery with 2000 mAh capacity. Dual power capability enables continuous operation for up to 10 hours. Compatibility with APS3 batteries (not included) is supported when using the supplied APS3 adapter. Charging and extended power are facilitated by the integrated USB Type-C port, which supports external power banks. The Display OFF power saving mode enables screen shutdown without turning off the entire device.

The multispectral Thermion DUO DXP55 optic is built within a 30 mm diameter tube.

Pulsar

Militaria.pl is a premium dealer of Pulsar.

Pulsar, part of the European Yukon Group, is a brand of thermal imaging and day/night digital optics based in Lithuania. It was founded in 1991 by a group of enthusiasts who assembled their first devices in a basement, and today employs over 1200 people and operates in more than 70 countries. All Pulsar products are manufactured in Europe, and the brand has become famous for innovations such as digital sights with a one-shot zero function for quick zeroing, and Dual-Purpose solutions that combine the functions of a monocular and a sight. Its modernity is also emphasized by the Stream Vision 2 app, which allows devices to be connected to smartphones via Wi-Fi for remote control, image transfer, and software updates. In 2005, Yukon Group was the first company to introduce digital night vision sights to the civilian market, initiating a new era of accessible optoelectronics. In 2012, the first mass-produced thermal imaging monocular for civilians, the Quantum, was released, followed in 2019 by the compact Axion XM30, capable of detecting a human silhouette from a distance of 1350 meters in complete darkness.
