Finally a decent, large knife and not some puny pocketknife with a 6 or 7 cm blade. Great design, great workmanship, everything fits perfectly, no looseness, high quality materials. And I confirm the opinion of the previous reviewer that this time the recently prevailing monotony among knife designs has been overcome.
Real Steel Evolution Ironclad 7911SG Folding Knife - Grey
A folding knife measuring a total length of 220 mm, equipped with a 96 mm blade featuring a Drop-Point profile crafted from D2 tool steel, valued for its exceptional toughness and resistance to wear. The blade is treated with a stonewash finish. The handle includes a Frame Lock mechanism and is constructed with a gray G10 laminate scale. Designed by knife designer Carson Huang.
D2 tool steel
Forged from D2 steel, the blade offers exceptional wear resistance and outstanding edge retention. Thanks to its high concentrations of carbon and chromium, the blade delivers remarkable durability against abrasion.
Drop-Point blade, flat grind, Stonewash finish
Engineered with a Drop-Point blade profile, built to deliver enhanced tip durability. Highly suitable for outdoor and EDC scenarios, where superior piercing performance and precise blade handling are essential. The spine incorporates jimping (textured grooves), providing a stable thumb platform for improved blade control throughout cutting tasks.
The Evolution Ironclad edition utilizes a flat grind to bolster resistance to wear and damage. Finished using the Stonewash technique, the blade is rendered with low reflectivity and a subdued, matte appearance.
G10 laminate handle, spring clip
Designed with an ergonomically contoured handle, the scale utilizes durable G10 laminate in a gray finish. For secure everyday carry, a springy, steel clip enables tip-up positioning and allows quick attachment to a belt or the edge of a pocket. The clip is positioned on the right side.
thumb stud, Frame Lock
Equipped with a double-sided thumb stud designed for thumb operation, the blade enables effortless deployment with either the right or left hand. The Frame Lock mechanism holds the blade securely in place when open and is complemented by an ergonomic button that engages the frame, allowing for fast and simple one-handed operation—even while wearing gloves. An integrated sliding lock adds an extra layer of safety by preventing unintentional opening or closing of the blade during both transport and use.

Interesting, futuristic design. It feels good in your hand and also looks good. In this price range, it's a cool option that isn't boring. The steel performs well. I recommend it.
