Folding knife with an overall length of 220 mm, featuring a 96 mm long blade in a Tanto shape, crafted from D2 tool steel known for exceptional durability and resistance to wear. Tanto profile blade, flat grind, blackwash finish
Forged with a Tanto blade profile, this knife is engineered for exceptional strength and superior penetration through tough materials. The distinct, angled junction where the blade’s edge meets the tip forms an additional cutting point, enhancing accuracy in detailed cuts. A reinforced tip section greatly minimizes the likelihood of breakage during rigorous tasks. This blade design is ideally suited for tactical and EDC operations, demanding both heightened piercing capability and precise blade management. Integrated jimping along the spine provides a secure grip for the thumb, boosting control and stability during use.
The Evolution Ironclad model incorporates a mixed grind, utilizing both a Flat Grind and a Hollow Grind. The primary segment of the blade, spanning from the handle to the blade’s transition point, is crafted with a hollow grind for impressive slicing capability, reduced cutting resistance, and consistent edge support. Closer to the tip, a flat grind is applied, delivering enhanced toughness and strengthened tip durability. Finished in a Blackwash coating, the blade resists reflections and sports a subdued, matte appearance.
G10 laminate handle, spring clip
Featuring an ergonomically contoured handle, the scales are crafted from highly durable black G10 laminate. A spring-loaded steel clip in the tip-up orientation secures the knife conveniently to a belt or pocket edge, ensuring comfortable everyday carry. The clip is positioned on the right side.
thumb stud, Frame Lock
Equipped with a double-sided thumb stud, the blade offers effortless deployment with either hand. A secure Frame Lock mechanism, featuring an ergonomic button, allows for fast and easy one-handed operation, even when wearing gloves.
