Main compartment with a flap closure, mesh pockets

The primary storage area is secured at the top with a flap featuring a drawstring closure. The flap includes a zippered pocket designed for storing documents, keys, or a phone. A side zipper provides rapid access to the main compartment without the need to open the flap. Two mesh pockets are positioned on the sides.

Velcro panel, compartment for hydration system

A Velcro panel is located on the front of the flap, enabling attachment of any patch, such as a national flag, unit insignia, or morale patch. The inner back wall features a hydration compartment. Two openings on either side permit routing the tube to the left or right, and also facilitate cable or antenna management.

MOLLE/PALS straps, compression straps

MOLLE/PALS webbing located on the sides, flap, and hip belt enables the attachment of extra pouches and accessories. Four bottom loops provide mounting points for a sleeping bag, tent, or other essential gear. Side compression straps offer adjustment of the pack’s capacity to match the load or secure additional equipment externally.

Durable 1000D Cordura

Constructed from 1000D Cordura fabric, the backpack offers exceptional resistance to abrasion and tearing, with an interior layer of polyurethane coating. Straps and trims made from durable polyester comply with strict military specifications. A removable plastic stiffener is located in the compartment nearest the back panel, delivering added stability for carrying heavier loads.

Padded shoulder straps, hip belt

S-shaped padded shoulder straps with a detachable chest strap and soft hip belt featuring enhanced lumbar support deliver superior comfort during heavy carry. The belt offers easy adjustability via a forward-pull mechanism and includes a fast-release buckle.

    I am somewhat an enthusiast of the Savotta brand, I own nearly their entire range, and recently I have started collecting their older models as well. This backpack works perfectly with their 4L side pockets and, like every Savotta product, stands out with excellent quality. The only thing I miss is the backpack being sold with the frame included – I had to buy it separately; I believe that at this capacity, the frame is absolutely essential and I can't imagine using the backpack without it. I can't wait to use this model for summer camping trips, and so far it works great as a bag for carrying airsoft gear.

    Great quality of workmanship. This is probably the most durable backpack I've ever had. The only downside is the lack of additional pockets and the material is quite stiff. I've been using it for years and it still looks like new.

    An excellent product. It's the top choice when it comes to this type of backpack. The workmanship is of the highest standard, as are the materials used. The design is well thought out and fully practical, with no unnecessary embellishments. In summary, if there is any flaw, it would be the high price, but it is fully justified.
