Tactical medical backpack offering an 18-liter capacity, engineered for the transport and organization of vital first aid equipment. Constructed from highly durable, abrasion-resistant Cordura.

Constructed primarily from abrasion-resistant Cordura 1000D, with additional components made of Cordura 500D. All zippers feature double sliders and oversized loops for effortless use while wearing gloves.

Main compartment measuring 25 x 38 x 12 cm is secured with dual zippers and opens along its entire length, enabling rapid access to gear during emergency situations. The back panel’s interior features loop panels for customizable organizer placement, while the inside of the flap includes two flat zippered mesh pockets for securing smaller items. A spacious, flat external pocket on the front allows for immediate access to frequently used essentials.

Bottom compartment (25 x 14 x 12 cm), equipped with a zipper and two compression straps with SR buckles, is designed for carrying larger items of equipment. The compartment can be fully compressed and flattened when additional space is not necessary.

Drainage holes are integrated into both the main and bottom compartments, ensuring efficient removal of water and snow following operations in challenging environments.

Integrated on the front and sides, a system of PALS straps enables secure mounting of additional pouches and accessories. Both sides feature dual compression straps with SR buckles, providing convenient options for rapid gear attachment.

A rectangular velcro panel measuring 15 x 10 cm is positioned on the front, providing a secure area for attaching various patches or emblems, including national flags, unit badges, or Morale Patches. The panel is equipped with a medical cross, also crafted from velcro, that is firmly stitched onto its surface.

Ergonomically shaped, contoured shoulder straps with soft padding feature steel D-rings, allowing for rotation and an adaptive fit to the wearer's body. The chest strap with SR buckle is fully adjustable and can be completely removed if desired. A reinforced carry handle with velcro closure is located on top, complemented by handles on both sides for versatile carrying options. An open pocket at the rear of the backpack is designed for a closed-cell foam insert, which provides back support and can be utilized as a kneeling or sitting pad.
