Rugged medical backpack offering an 18-liter capacity, engineered for the transport and organization of crucial first aid supplies. Constructed from highly durable and abrasion-resistant Cordura fabric.

Constructed with durable 1000D Cordura for the main body, while 500D Cordura is used for the other components. All zippers feature double sliders and oversized loops to ensure easy handling, even when wearing gloves.

Main compartment measuring 25 x 38 x 12 cm secured with dual zippers, opens along its entire length to ensure rapid access to gear during emergency situations. The rear internal panel features loop panels for attaching organizers, while the inside of the flap contains two flat mesh zippered pockets. A spacious, flat external pocket on the front allows immediate access to essential items.

Lower compartment (25 x 14 x 12 cm) equipped with a zipper and two compression straps featuring SR buckles accommodates larger equipment components and may be fully compressed when not in use.

Both the main and bottom compartments are equipped with drainage ports to facilitate clearance of water and snow following operations in challenging field conditions.

Featuring a system of PALS straps on both the front and sides, the backpack offers versatile options for attaching extra pouches and accessories. Each side includes double compression straps equipped with SR buckles, providing secure and rapid attachment points for additional gear.

A rectangular velcro panel measuring 15 x 10 cm on the front provides a secure space for affixing any patch or insignia, including national flags, unit symbols, or Morale Patches. A velcro medical cross is also attached to the panel.

Contoured, ergonomic shoulder straps feature soft padding and swiveling steel D-rings, allowing an adaptive fit to the user's body shape. The adjustable or fully removable chest strap with SR buckle offers additional versatility. A reinforced carry handle with velcro closure is positioned at the top, complemented by side handles on each side of the backpack. Located on the back panel is an open pocket, specifically designed to accommodate a closed-cell foam insert that provides reliable back support and can also be used as a kneeling or sitting pad.
