Rugged tactical medical backpack offering an 18-liter capacity, engineered for transporting and organizing vital first aid supplies. Constructed from highly durable and abrasion-resistant Cordura fabric.

Constructed from abrasion-resistant 1000D Cordura for the main body, with additional components crafted from 500D Cordura. All zippers feature dual sliders and oversized loops to ensure easy handling, even when wearing gloves.

The main compartment measuring 25 x 38 x 12 cm is secured with dual zippers and opens along its entire length, allowing for rapid access to contents during intervention. The interior back panel features loop panels for customizable organizer attachment, while the inside of the flap is fitted with two flat, zippered mesh pockets. A spacious, flat external pocket is positioned on the front for easy retrieval of frequently used items.

The bottom compartment (25 x 14 x 12 cm) is equipped with a zipper closure and reinforced by two compression straps with SR buckles, providing secure storage for bulkier gear. The compartment can be fully compressed flat when not in use.

Drainage holes have been integrated into both the main and bottom compartments to enable efficient expulsion of water and snow following operations in challenging terrain.

Featuring a system of PALS webbing on the front and sides, the backpack enables secure mounting of extra pouches and gear. Both sides are fitted with dual compression straps with SR buckles, also useful for rapid equipment attachment.

A rectangular velcro area measuring 15 x 10 cm is located on the front, providing space for attaching patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit badge, or Morale Patch. Additionally, a velcro medical cross is stitched onto the panel.

Contoured ergonomic shoulder straps feature plush padding and are fitted with steel D-rings, enabling multidirectional movement to better adapt to the user’s physique. A chest strap with an SR buckle offers full adjustability and can be removed entirely if desired. The backpack is equipped with a top carry handle secured by a velcro closure, along with additional side handles on either flank. Located on the rear of the pack, an open pocket is designed specifically for a closed-cell foam insert, delivering back support and functioning as a mat for kneeling or sitting when needed.
